How do I upgrade/downgrade my plan? Can I do it in the middle of my billing cycle?

Does your event season have a busy and a slow period? Well, great news! You can change your plan at any period and even in the middle of your billing cycle.

  • To do this, you can go to Settings on your events page

  • On the Settings page, click on Subscriptions

  • You will be routed to your current plan and will be provided the option to Cancel Subscription or Change Plan.

  • Click on Change plan, and you will be sent to the page where you can change your plan.
