During your free trial, follow this checklist to make the most of Evey Events & Tickets:
1. Set Up Your First Events
☐ Create your first event: try a one-time, recurring, multi-day, virtual, or seated event depending on your needs.
☐ Add ticket types with clear names and pricing.
☐ Add attendee information fields to collect the details you need.
☐ For virtual events, configure your virtual settings.
☐ For seated events, set up seat maps and assigned seating.
☐ Download and set up the Evey Check-In app on a phone or tablet.
If you host different kinds of events, create a second event to explore different layouts or formats.
2. Customize for Your Brand
☐ Add images and a detailed description to your event’s product page (don’t edit variants).
☐ Apply the store’s logo to your event tickets.
☐ Customize ticket designs to match your brand and tone.
☐ Create a custom template for events if you want a unique layout or format for certain events.
☐ Make sure all event notification emails reflect your brand voice and visuals.
3. Test on Your Store
☐ Place a test order to experience the customer flow from browsing to checkout.
☐ Check the confirmation email and attached ticket, make sure all key info is clear.
☐ Scan the ticket using your mobile device to test check-in via the Evey app.
☐ Test different ticket types (e.g., general admission vs. VIP) to confirm each one behaves correctly.
☐ Send a message to an attendee from within Evey.
☐ Add a complimentary ticket to see how guest access works.

How Our 14-Day Free Trial Works
Access to Paid Features
When you start your free trial, you’ll get access to paid features for 14 days. This gives you time to explore everything the app has to offer and decide if it’s the right fit for your store before committing to a paid plan.
To try paid features, simply choose the highest plan under Subscription Settings. Don’t worry, you can switch back to the Free plan anytime before the trial ends.
What Happens After 14 Days
Once the trial ends, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin, and billing will start based on the plan you’ve chosen.
Free Trial Limitations
One-Time Installation Offer
The free trial is only available on your first installation of the app. If you uninstall the app before the 14-day trial is over and reinstall it later, the trial will no longer be available.
We recommend making the most of the trial during your initial install to fully test the app’s capabilities.
Non-Transferable Trial Period
The 14-day trial can’t be paused, extended, or transferred. The original trial period remains fixed even if the app is uninstalled and reinstalled.
