Does your event season include busy and slow periods? Great news! You can change your plan anytime, even during your billing cycle.
Here’s how to update your plan:
Go to Settings on your event page.
In the Settings page, click on Subscriptions.
You’ll be directed to your current plan, where you’ll see the option to Cancel Subscription or Change Plan.
Click on Change Plan, and you’ll be taken to the page where you can select your new plan.
