Attendee Exports Now Include Check-In Source (checked_in_by)

Updated over a week ago

We’ve added a new column to the Attendee Export to make check-in tracking clearer and more useful.

What’s new?

The attendee export now includes a column called checked_in_by.

This shows who checked in the attendee, instead of just whether they were checked in.

What does checked_in_by show?

Depending on how the attendee was checked in, this column may display:

  • The staff member or admin who checked them in

  • Blank if the attendee has not been checked in yet

This helps you:

  • Track staff activity during events

  • Audit check-ins after the event

  • Resolve disputes about entry or attendance

Where to find it

  1. Go to your Event Dashboard

  2. Open Attendees

  3. Click Export All Attendees or select which attendees you want to export

  4. Download the CSV file

  5. Look for the checked_in_by column

The column is included automatically - no extra setup required.

Does this affect existing exports?

  • ✅ The column appears in all new exports

  • ❌ Past exported files won’t be updated retroactively

If you need the new column, simply re-export your attendees.
