The Targets module helps organizational leadership implement a “Manage by Objective” approach by allowing targets to be set at various organizational levels and tracking progress toward these targets over time. This tool is key for measuring and driving performance.
Targets Page
The Targets Page provides a high-level overview of all targets that are set for locations or organizational levels you have access to. Key features include:
Grouped Sections:
On Track: Displays targets that are meeting or exceeding their set goals.
Need Attention: Displays targets that are underperforming relative to their goals.
Target Details:
For each target, you’ll see:
The level the target is set for (e.g., location, district, region).
The target metric.
The target value.
The period-to-date results.
Click on a target row to view more detailed performance data.
Target Detail Page
The Target Detail Page provides in-depth insights into how performance is tracking against the target:
Daily Performance Visualization:
A graph shows daily performance relative to the target for the period to date.
This visualization helps identify trends or specific days where performance may have excelled or fallen short.
Progress Table:
A table displays period-to-date progress toward the target.
For certain metrics, individual dates within the table can be expanded to show daypart performance, offering even more granular insights.
Contextual Information:
The header includes helpful metrics such as:
Daily Target Success Rate: The number of days that met the target.
Remaining Period Average: The performance level required for the rest of the period to achieve the target.
