Card details can certainly be changed, but the process isn’t self‑service inside the student portal.

Send a message to our team from the address linked to your Extern account. For security, never share full card numbers over email. Support will send a secure link for any additional details if needed. We will then send you an email to input new information.

The updated card becomes active starting with the next upcoming subscription charge. Any amount already processed on the previous card remains as billed.
