What is the return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to return it. The product(s) must be unused, new, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Before returning your order, you must submit a return request by filling out a return ticket. A member of our team will validate the eligibility of the return and confirm whether or not you can proceed with returning the order.

You are responsible for returning the order using the carrier of your choice and will cover the return shipping fees. You can also drop off your order at our office by appointment.

The return processing time is 14 business days once the item is received at our warehouse. The refund may then take up to 10 business days before being processed by your financial institution.

Please note that if you paid for delivery fees when receiving your order, these will not be refunded.

🚨 If you believe you received a defective product, contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order. Please include photos and/or videos in your message so our team can validate the return.

Please note that all digital content (games, stories, music) purchased through the Fabli app is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
