What is the return policy?

If you're not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to return it to us.

Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

📩 Before sending anything back, you must fill out a return request form (ticket).
A member of our team will review your request and confirm whether your order is eligible for return.

📦 Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a shipping label. A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

⏳ Returns are processed within up to 14 business days after we receive the item at our warehouse. Refunds can then take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

🚚 Original shipping fees (to deliver the order to you) are non-refundable.

Be sure to include photos or videos with your message — it helps us process your request quickly.

All content purchased through the Fabli app (games, stories, music) is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
