Holiday return policy: Please note that orders placed from November 10, 2025 onwards can be returned until January 5, 2026.
If you're not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to return it to us.
Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. The Fabli must be at factory settings.
📩 Before sending anything back, you must submit a request through your customer account on our website. A member of our team will review your request within 24 business hours.
📦 Once your return is approved, you will receive a shipping label. A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
⏳ Returns are processed within up to 14 business days after we receive the item at our warehouse. Refunds can then take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
🚚 Original shipping fees (to deliver the order to you) are non-refundable.

All content purchased through the Fabli app (games, stories, music) is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Make sure you choose the right langage and choose contents that are appropriate for your child's age. If unsure, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.
