12-Month Limited Warranty on Fabli
Fabli guarantees that its products are free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date. This warranty covers defects in material manufacturing, internal components, and malfunctions that occur during normal use according to the user manual.
What the warranty covers:
Defects resulting from defective materials or improper manufacturing.
Malfunctions of internal components occurring during normal use.
What the warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear of the product.
Accidental damage or damage caused by misuse, negligence, or use not in accordance with the user manual.
Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.
Damage caused by external factors such as transport, weather conditions, power outages, or surges.
Natural battery performance degradation over time.
Claim procedure:
Contact our customer service at contact@fabli.co or via live chat, providing your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
If the problem is covered by the warranty, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the defective product back to us.
Upon receiving the product, we will assess it. If the product is found to be defective and covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
If the product is no longer in stock, a replacement of equal or greater value will be offered.
General conditions:
The warranty takes effect from the original purchase date.
Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer.
Repair or replacement of a product under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
This warranty is in addition to the legal rights you have as a consumer under applicable laws.
