Beginner | 1 - 4.99 (0 - 375) | You have some foundations in place, but you are missing some key policies & processes to create a level playing field and a truly inclusive workplace. |
Intermediate | 5.0 - 7.49 (375 - 562) | You're doing well in various key areas but should continue working on embedding great D&I practices. |
Advanced | 7.5 - 10 (563 - 750) | You've embedded many of the key policies & processes across the employee lifecycle and employees experience positive inclusion. Keep it up! D&I is a continuous journey, we'll help you to continue pushing the cutting edge. |
