Finding Parent-Requested Bookings
To find Parent bookings:
Head to your Settings
Click on Pricing
Select Parent bookings
Setting Up Parent-Requested Bookings
To set up Parent Bookings:
In Settings, click on Finances β Pricing β Parent bookings
Check the Enable parent bookings box
Next, select a pricing group - you can either choose one specific pricing group or select Automatic if you have set up pricing group advance rules in your pricing section. The system will automatically calculate the correct price at the time of purchase
Select the sessions you'd like available for parent bookings
Select the fees you'd like available for parent bookings
Click Save when you've finished
Approving Requested Bookings
When a parent requests an extra purchase, you will be notified about it in the platform. You can then click on the notification to go directly to your Purchases report, where you can see, approve or reject the request. You'll also see any purchase awaiting your approval in your Needs your attention card on the Finance Overview.

π‘ Did you know? You will only receive notifications for parent requests from children whose classrooms you have starred in the Home page. As a manager, it's best to star all rooms.
Alternatively, go to your Purchases report to find your booking requests:
Head to Finances in your sidebar and open the Report section, then click on Purchases
Here you'll find a list of requested and approved bookings
To approve a booking simply click into it, select Actions and click Approve. The child will now be booked in for that session or product, and the charge will automatically appear on the bill payer's next invoice.
