Updated this week

How to sell printed cards

We recommend that you set up printed season cards as an add-on during the season ticket purchase flow. To do this, please follow the steps below:

  • Click add-ons on the left-hand side of your admin portal

  • Create a 'printed season ticket' add-on. When asked, "Does this add-on apply to one ticket or the whole order?" please ensure you select 'Ticket'

  • Include clear fulfilment instructions

  • When asked, "Which tickets can you purchase this add-on with?" select 'season tickets'

  • Click save

You can then assign these printed cards to your season ticket sale windows:

  • Click 'Tickets' on the left-hand side of your admin portal and click 'Season tickets'

  • Click 'Sale windows'

  • Click 'Manage'

  • Click 'Assign add-ons'

  • Choose how many printed cards you would like to sell and click save

Fans can now purchase printed season tickets seamlessly online, and you can also process printed cards through the ticket office.

How to generate a print file for in-house printing or external printing

  • To generate a print file, click 'Add-ons' on the left-hand side

  • Click 'Orders'

  • Filter by the name of the add-on

  • Download the sales, this download will respect the filters which you have applied

  • This file will give you everything you need to complete the printing job, (and you can remove the columns which are not required):

    • Order ID

    • Ticket holder name

    • Season ticket name

    • Seat information (if applicable)

    • QR code

How to track fulfilment

As you distribute the printed cards, you can use the Fanbase fulfilment status to track your progress:

  • Click 'Add-ons' on the left-hand side

  • Click 'Orders'

  • Filter by the name of the add-on

  • Click manage on the right-hand side against the add-on you have distributed and mark it as collected/posted/fulfilled

  • You can filter this table by fulfilment type to help with this process
