Ticket and Scanning Stats
If you would like to see a live update on how scanning is going, you can click the graph icon in the top right corner. This will show you you’re progress across ticket sold and scanned in, broken down by match tickets and season tickets.
Scanning History
You can see your last 10 scans, by clicking the clock icon on the tip right, in case you need to check what has just happened whilst troubleshooting with a fan
Offline Mode
If you’re happy for your organisation to use offline mode, you need to enable it in your scanner settings on the admin portal. Once on, if you lose connectivity on your device, the scanning will continue to work. This is because we download all the tickets onto the scanning device. This is ideal in emergencies, like all connections going down, ensuring operations can continue.
Offline mode ensures smooth matchday operations during signal issues. However, regular use is discouraged to prevent the same QR code from being scanned multiple times while the device is unable to verify its status online.
