Setting up scanning devices

How to set up scanning devices and scanners

  1. Invite Scanners via Club Settings > Scanners

  2. Download the Fanbase Scanning app onto your scanning devices from Google Play or Apple App Store.

  3. Log into the scanning app using registered scanner details (set up via the scanner invite email)

  4. Select your fixture and which tickets you are scanning
    All tickets is the default

  5. Check that All tickets have synced - you should see "Synced" with a green dot near the top of your screen.
