Once you have set up the Scanning App, ensure that you have selected the correct game and permitted tickets and we’re ready to go!
Scan with mobile camera
Click scan with mobile camera
Hover your camera over ticket QR codes so that it sits within the frame on the screen
You will see a result of the scan, this can be colour coded on your admin portal
Click ‘next’ to scan the next ticket
Scan with barcode scanner
If a barcode scanner is detected, it will default to this method of scanning
Simply aim the barcode scanner towards the QR code
You will see a result of the scan, this can be colour coded on your admin portal
You can then aim the barcode scanner towards the next ticket
Search tickets
Sometimes it is easier to search for tickets rather than scan. It is particularly useful if the fan is stuck finding their tickets.
Click search tickets
Type the name, email address or order number in the search bar
Find the correct results
Click scan to mark the tickets as scanned
The Scanning App also shows you Ticket and Scanning stats, Scanning History and has an Offline mode. For more info on these features, please see Other Features.
