One of the main benefits of using Fanbase is being able to understand your fans and communicate with them.
This article will show you how to use the ‘Fans’ section of the admin portal.
Step 1.
Navigate to the fans section by using the menu on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
Step 2.
Once in the fans section you are able to see the number of Fans that follow the club and the number of Active Fans (Fans who have followed and then made a purchase within the past 12 months).
As well as that you are able to see the list of fans, including details such as how long they have been a fan, whether they are a season ticket holder or not and what their total spend is.
To see more in-depth stats on a particular fan you can select ‘view details’ in the far right-hand corner of the screen.
💡 You can also download your marketing list to communicate with fans by clicking ‘download marketing list’ on the far right-hand side of the screen, above the fan list.
This list will be GDPR compliant and can be uploaded onto Mailchimp to send marketing communications to your fans.
