Creating season tickets in Fanbase can be done in a few easy steps, here is how:
1. Create a Sale Window
The first step is to create a sale window, this dictates the time period that your tickets will be on sale.
You can use sale windows to automate price changes, for example, you can set up an 'Early Bird' window with reduced prices, and then a second window for 'General Sale', the changeover between both will be done automatically.
You can set one up by:
1. Click 'tickets' on the left-hand side of the admin portal.
2. Click season tickets.
3. Select 'Sale Windows'
The screen should look similar to the screenshot below.
To set up the sale window, click 'Create sale window' on the top right.
You should now see the form below:
Once you filled out the details of the sale window, click 'Create sale window'.
[If you are using Allocated Seating then select your seating chart season at the top of the sale window set-up]
2. Create your Season Ticket
Once you have set up your sale window, you will now be ready to create your season ticket.
You can do this by:
1. Click manage on the right of the sale window you created.
2. Select 'Create season ticket'.
Once you have done this you should see the form as shown below:
In this form, enter the season tickets:
- Name
- Description
- Each type and price
The select 'Save' at the bottom of the page to create the season ticket.
3. Assign Season Tickets
The final step to setting up your season ticket is to assign them, this just means to allocate a number for sale.
You can do this by:
1. Click manage on the right side of the sale window.
2. Select 'Assign Tickets'
3. Enter a number you want and click save. (You can edit this number at any point)
[This is not required for allocated seating]
