Renewals in Fanbase allow fans to claim their season tickets in 3 simple steps!

Firstly, fans go to 'Schedule' and then click 'Renew Season Ticket'.

The pop-up, as seen below, will display, requesting a piece of information that will link them to their order.

Next, fans will be able to select what tickets they would like to renew.

The fan will then check-out and that is that, all in 3 simple steps!



If you use allocated seating and a fan wanted to change their seats then the process will be;

1. Go to reservations.
2. Find their renewal and cancel it.

3. Click new order in the top right-hand corner and then send an invoice to the fan for the seat they would like.

Getting Set-Up

To get set up with renewals just follow the steps below;

1. Get in contact with one of the Fanbase team, you can do this by contacting your point of contact directly or through the Intercom button on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. We will then create a renewal sale window

2. You then create your tickets and pricing.

3. We hop on a call to confirm some details.

4. Your renewals are then live!
