With Fanbase, you can create ticket types that are not on sale to fans but are available for you to distribute using the ticket office feature, here how to do this.👇
1. When setting up your ticket types, you have 2 toggles, one that says 'On Sale to Fans' and one that says 'Active'.
2. To hide the ticket from fans but allow you to distribute via the ticket office, ensure that 'On Sale to Fans' is off but the 'Active' toggle is on.
3. Now, when you go through the ticket office flow you can send the ticket out without risk of fans purchasing.
