😬 A customer came to my workshop but was not registered

You have accepted an unregistered participant and are wondering how to rectify the situation?

Sometimes a customer comes to your workshop without having made a reservation: most of the time this is done in good faith. They simply received a gift card and didn't know how to use it, so they came without using it and didn't book one of the slots available on your calendar, which can be viewed on your website.

Don't worry, we can put things right very quickly and easily.

All you need to do is send us the following information via the chatbox in your artisan back-office or by email (artisans@wecandoo.com)

  • The code of the gift card (it is best if you have it with you)

  • and/or the purchaser's email address

  • and/or the email address of the customer

We will then make the booking for you: you will receive a registration notification in the name of the OPS team member who replied to you. You'll be paid the following month 😊!

⚠️ Please note: You have every right to refuse this person access to the workshop. You may feel unsettled by this unexpected participation, and you may not be sure that the printed card is still valid (a printed card may be out of date, or invalid because it has already been used on another workshop after being exchanged...): in this case, you may not be paid.
