The number of people with gift vouchers or pending reservations for your workshops is visible from your account on the homepage, in the workshop availability table: https://wecandoo.com/espace-artisan.
The pending gift vouchers correspond to the people who have been gifted a voucher to do your workshop but who have not yet chosen a date.
Reservations that need to be rebooked correspond to those that have been cancelled in the past and the card holder need to choose a new slot from those available.
All the data available in this table gives an indication of the number of slots to add to your calendar.
For this, you can evaluate according to:
the number of days remaining before the last available slot
the overall participation rate of your workshops over the next 2 months
the participation rate in the evenings and weekends (hot slots) over the next 2 months
the number of gift vouchers and pending reservations.
The more slots you have in your calendar, the more visible the workshop will be on the site. It's better to add slots that will potentially need to be moved than to have no slots at all.
The more time is available, the more customers can plan ahead!
