As an artisan, you are covered by professional indemnity insurance. Participants are also expected to have civil liability insurance at their own risk.

As a reminder, here is an extract from the General Terms and Conditions that you signed when you joined the Wecandoo adventure:

📜 The artisan undertakes to take out and maintain, prior to and throughout the contractual relationship, a civil liability insurance policy covering the premises where the workshop takes place and any direct or indirect physical, material or immaterial damage that may be caused by his actions or those of his employees to participants and/or the publisher during the workshop.

If you want to welcome a child in your workshop, here are the conditions to be met on the customer side:

📜 Use of the Wecandoo platform is reserved for natural persons aged 18 or over. Any registration on Wecandoo by a minor is strictly prohibited. By accessing, using or registering on the platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. An adult user can reserve a workshop for a minor. In such a case, the minor must be accompanied by a person with parental authority at the time of the workshop, or obtain prior written permission from a person with parental authority authorising the minor to attend the workshop. This written permission must be given to the artisan.
