The trial gives you full access to premium LMS+ features, allowing you to evaluate the platform before deciding whether to subscribe.
During your trial, you can experience features such as:

Complimentary monthly certificates are not included during the free trial. However, you can still purchase certificates at the discounted LMS+ pricing throughout the trial period. |

To activate your free trial:
Open the Explore LMS+ page.
Select Start Free Trial.
Enter your valid payment details.
Confirm your trial.
A valid payment method is required to start the trial. However, you will not be charged during the 30-day trial period.
At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid LMS+ subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Your payment method will be charged the day after the trial ends, and you'll receive a reminder email one day before billing.
If you cancel your trial before it expires, no payment will be taken. |

Who is eligible?
The LMS+ free trial is available once per organisation.
Your organisation is eligible only if:
you are currently using FreeLMS;
your organisation has never previously used an LMS+ free trial; and
your organisation has never subscribed to LMS+ before.
If you've previously upgraded to LMS+ or already used a free trial, the trial option will no longer be available.

Your access to LMS+ features continues until the end of the 30-day trial period.
If you choose not to continue:
your account reverts to FreeLMS;
organisation-level data and configurations that rely on LMS+ features (such as uploaded Content Library files and other premium-only settings) may be removed in accordance with the LMS+ trial terms.
If you wish to keep reports or uploaded content for your records, we recommend downloading or exporting them before your trial ends.

You can cancel your trial at any time before it expires.
To cancel:
Open Manage My Subscription from the Explore LMS+ page.
Click Cancel Free Trial.
Confirm the cancellation.
Your LMS+ features will remain available until the end of the 30-day trial period. After that, your organisation will automatically return to the FreeLMS plan.
