Activate a Client

How to activates the client along with your cases or not

Activating a client brings them back to your active list.
Their data stays intact, and you can continue working with them as usual.

Use this when a previously archived client becomes active again.

How to Activate a Client:

  1. Go to the Client List and search for the archived client.

  2. Open the client profile, click the More Options icon (⋮), and select Activate.

  3. If the client is the primary client in any archived cases, you’ll see a list of related cases:

    • ✅ Tick the box to activate those cases too.

    • ❌ Untick if you want the cases to stay archived.
      Then click Activate Client button.

  4. Once activated:

    • The client’s avatar turns colored again (no longer gray).

    • Status updates to Active.

    • They move back to the original position in your client list.

By activating a client, you reopen access to their info and any related cases you choose. It’s an easy way to pick up right where you left off.
