In FastVisa, team members have different statuses that show their account's condition and access:
Active
Members who activated their account through the registration link sent to their email when invited. They have full access based on their role.
Invited
Members invited to FastVisa but haven't activated their accounts yet. They can't log in or use FastVisa until they activate it.
Inactive
Member accounts that are deactivated. They can regain access if reactivated.
Passive
A temporary status while the system processes the invitation request.
Notes:
Only "Active" members can be case contributors or task assignees.
Make sure team members activate their accounts to assign them as contributors or assignees.
