Setting Your Filters and Sorts Preferences

Customize your viewing experience for Cases, Clients, and Tickets by setting up your preferences. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the avatar icon in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Select "Profile" (or directly choose "Preferences").

  3. Go to the "Filters and Sorts" section.

  4. Click on Cases, Clients, and/or Tickets to access their respective settings.

  5. Choose the desired sorts and filters based on your preferences.

  6. Click the "Save" button to save your preferences.

After setting your preferences, the system will show filtered and sorted cases, clients, or tickets in their respective menus. To reset your preferences, go back to your Profile Page.

By following these steps, you can easily configure your preferences and personalize how you view and interact with Cases, Clients, and Tickets.
