To ensure smooth collaboration, you can assign team members as case contributors by:
Go to the specific case you wish to manage.
Click Add Contributor on the right sidebar.
Select intended members.
Click Add Contributor button.
If you want to remove the assigned contributor, you can simply click remove from the right side of the contributor name.
Notes:
Ensure that the intended team members have activated their accounts and their status appears as 'Active' in the team members menu.
If a team member has set their email preference notification to receive alerts when assigned as a case contributor, they will receive an email notification.
By following these steps, you can effortlessly assign active team members as case contributors, promoting effective teamwork and streamlined case management.
