View Unassigned Cases
Click on the "show" option beside the Unassigned Case title to view all the lists of unassigned cases in one place.
Assign a Team Member
Select the team member from the list whom you want to assign to a specific case.
Click Assign
After selecting the team member, click the "Assign" button to assign them to the chosen case.
