How to use correspondence? How to check client's USCIS status?

Correspondence in FastVisa is a dedicated space to store all communications between your case and USCIS. It ensures easy access and sharing of documents with the government, making your case more structured and detailed.

Here's how you can work with Correspondence:

  1. Add New Correspondence

    Click the "+" sign in the Correspondence module to add new correspondence.

  2. Preview Correspondence

    To preview the file, click the Eye icon.

  3. Download Correspondence

    Save the Correspondence file to your computer by clicking the Download icon.

  4. Update Correspondence Details

    Click the Edit icon to modify the Correspondence details.

  5. Remove Correspondence

    To remove the Correspondence from your case, click the Delete icon.

  6. Convert Notes to Comments

    When adding Correspondence, you can also create comments with the same description within the case.

  7. Share with Client

    By default, Correspondence is not visible to the client or Case Portal. You can share it by ticking the "Visible to Client" checkbox.

  8. Upload Correspondence

    Once you've finished, click the "Upload Correspondence" button to save the changes.

How to Check USCIS status (2)

Once you've created the correspondence, you can check USCIS status by clicking on the receipt number.

Using the Correspondence feature, you can effectively manage and organize all interactions with USCIS for your cases.
