To utilize the Ledger feature in the Client's Profile effectively, follow these steps:
Click on the 'Ledger' tab.
View the 'Payable Amount' graph to get an overview of the invoices and payments.
The graph will display the outstanding invoice amount and the total amount paid by the client.
For a detailed view, explore the data in the table format.
To record the client's invoices, click the 'Pay' button.
If you need to view an invoice's transcript, click the 'Receipt' button within the respective invoice entry.
Similarly, to view the receipt of a payment, click the 'Receipt' button within the corresponding payment entry.
