Understanding Invoice Details in Business Center

In the Business Center, when viewing invoice details, there are two types of sections depending on the status of the invoice:

A. Invoice is PAID

Invoice is PAID

In this section, the invoice is marked as PAID. Here's what you can find:

  1. Invoice & Payment Records

    Invoice displays the detailed information about the invoice itself. Below the invoice details, you can view all the payment records that have been made for the specific invoice.

  2. Related Invoices

    You can also see related invoices based on the "Issued within the case" and "Issued to the same person" criteria.

  3. Download Invoice Transcript

    Easily save the intended invoice transcript to your computer by clicking the Download link.

  4. Jump to Related Invoices

    If you need to access other related invoices, you can click the "View Details" button to navigate to the related invoices.

B. Invoice is OPEN/OVERDUE

Invoice is OPEN/OVERDUE

In this section, the invoice is either OPEN or OVERDUE. Here's what you can find:

  1. Payment Records & Billing Information

    The upper section displays the payment records made for the intended invoice. Below the payment records, you can find billing information related to the invoice.

  2. Case Details

    There is also information about the case details associated with the invoice. You can directly access the case by clicking the case link in the case name column.

  3. Highlighted Invoice Information

    In the upper section, key information about the invoice is highlighted, including the total amount, the latest payment made, and the current balance.

  4. Pay Invoice

    To pay the invoice easily, you can click the "Pay" button.

  5. View Invoice Transcript

    If you need to view the invoice transcript, you can do so by clicking the "Transcript" button

By utilizing these features in the Business Center, you can efficiently manage and access invoice details, track payments, and stay on top of your financial transactions.
