Here's how you can access and view this information:
Quick Overview - Paid Balance and Unpaid Balance
Upon logging in to the dashboard, you'll see a quick summary of your financials. This includes the total amount of invoices that have been generated for your immigration cases (Unpaid Balance) and the total amount of payments you have made (Paid Balance). This provides you with an at-a-glance understanding of your financial status with the law firm.
View Specific Invoice Details
To see more details about specific invoices that are yet to be paid (Unpaid Invoices), you can click the chevron icon next to the Unpaid Balance. By clicking on the chevron, you'll expand the section to view individual unpaid invoices, including their respective amounts and details.
View Case-specific Invoices and Payments
If you wish to view more comprehensive details about invoices and payments for a specific immigration case, you can follow these steps:
Navigate to the "Cases" section in the dashboard.
Select the specific case you want to view.
Click on the "Payments" tab within the selected case.
Details in Payments Tab
Inside the "Payments" tab, you'll find three sections:
Invoices: This section provides a list of all the invoices associated with the selected case, along with their respective amounts and any other relevant details.
Scheduled Payments: Here, you can view any upcoming scheduled payments or payment plans related to the case, if applicable.
Paid Payments: This section displays a list of all the payments you have made for the selected case, including payment dates and amounts.
