What is Inbox?

The Inbox feature is designed to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between your team and clients. It organizes conversations into spaces called channels, which can be created for specific cases, topics, or team members.

Inbox Overview

Here's how you can effectively use the Inbox:

  1. Sorting Options

    You can sort the inbox messages by Newest, Oldest, Name Ascending, or Name Descending to suit your preferences.

  2. Applying Filters

    Use filters to narrow down the inbox lists as needed. You can filter by Direct Message or Channel to find specific conversations.

  3. Search

    Easily find any inbox or message by using the search bar to search for specific keywords or channel names.

  4. Previewing an Inbox

    To preview an inbox, simply click on it, and the content will appear in the right section. You can view the chat history between you, your team, and the client.

  5. Utilizing the Inbox Sections:

    • About Section

      Add a description to the channel, enabling team members to quickly understand the discussions within the channel.

    • Participant Section

      View information about who has contributed to the channel's conversation.

    • Media, Links, and Documents Section

      Access images, links, or documents shared within the channel. You can quickly find and access them without scrolling through the entire chat history.

By leveraging the Inbox and its various features, you can enhance communication efficiency, collaboration, and decision-making within your team and with your clients.
