Understanding Case Management Analytics

Updated over 2 years ago

In the Analytics section of the Business Center, you can also gain valuable insights into your case management using two types of graphs:

A. Horizontal Stacked Bar

  1. Chart Filters (Reference Numbers 1 - 4)

You can select the time range, choose to view the graph by the number of cases or caseload, and group the data visualization by case status or procedure.

  2. Data Distribution (Reference Numbers 2)

You can view the total number of cases or caseload for each status/procedure combination. By unticking the checkbox, you can deselect any status or procedure that you don't want to view in the graph.

  3. Case Contributors (Reference Number 5)

The horizontal stacked bar graph also represents the distribution of cases among case contributors. If there are cases that are not assigned to any contributor, they will not be shown in this graph.

B. Doughnut Chart

Chart Filters

  • When you apply the filter for the number of cases or caseload at the bottom part of the Business Center, a doughnut chart will be displayed.

  • This chart focuses on visualizing the distribution of the number of cases or caseload and their percentage within your organization.

By utilizing these graphs in the Case Management section, you can quickly understand the distribution of cases over time, track case status and procedure trends, and assess the caseload distribution among your team members.

These insights enable you to efficiently manage your cases and make data-driven decisions to enhance your overall case management process.
