How to Refund Payments?

In the Business Center, you have the flexibility to request a refund for payments that were previously made by Credit Card and ACH. Refunds can be either partial or full, depending on the client's request.

However, it's essential to ensure that the payment status is marked as PAID before proceeding with the refund process.

Here's how to request a refund payment:

  1. Go to the Business Center.

  2. Click the "View Details" button on the intended payment with a PAID status.

  3. Click the "Refund" button and choose whether you want to request a partial or full refund.

  4. Provide the reason for choosing to refund the payment. Please note that refunds may take 5-10 days to appear on your client's account.

If you previously requested a partial refund for payment and need to request more refunds, simply:

  1. Go back to the intended payment.

  2. Click the "Refund More" button.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage refund requests for payments made by Credit Card and ACH. It's essential to keep track of the payment statuses and respond to client refund requests promptly.
