Understanding Analytics Graph Used in Business Center

Updated over 2 years ago

In the Analytics section of the Business Center, you can access data visualizations that provide insights into the business transactions and case management of your organization.

The Analytics section is divided into two main categories: Finances and Case Management.

Under Finances, you can find two types of graphs:

  1. Vertical Stacked Bar

This graph displays data in vertical bars that are stacked on top of each other. It allows you to compare different categories and their respective values within a specific timeframe.

  2. Stepped Line Chart

This graph presents data as a stepped line, showing how values change over time in a step-by-step manner. It provides a clear view of trends and fluctuations in business transactions.

Under Case Management, you'll also encounter two types of graphs:

  1. Vertical Stacked Bar

Similar to the Finances section, this graph represents data in vertical bars that are stacked on top of each other. However, it focuses on case-related metrics and management information.

  2. Doughnut Chart

This circular graph provides a holistic view of data distribution by illustrating the proportion of each category relative to the whole. It allows you to see the percentage contribution of different factors in a visually appealing manner.

For more in-depth information on how to interpret and utilize these graphs in the Analytics section, you can refer to the dedicated help center article specifically focused on Business Center Analytics.

By leveraging the data and filters provided, you can gain valuable insights into your organization's performance and make informed decisions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
