In the bottom part of the Analytics section, there is a stepped-line chart that focuses solely on visualizing the distribution of invoices within your organization.
Here is an overview of how to interpret and utilize this chart:
Chart Filters
Similar to the stacked-bar section, you can easily customize the view of the stepped-line chart by using the provided filters.
You can select the time range, group the data by status or procedure, and choose to view the chart by the amount or the number of invoices.
Chart Types
The stepped-line chart allows you to view the data either by the amount or the number of invoices.
If you choose to view it by amount, you will quickly understand the total monetary value of all invoices within the specified time range.
On the other hand, if you choose to view it by the number of invoices, you will gain insights into the total count of invoices that have been created and billed to clients within your organization.
Stepped-Line Chart
The chart itself consists of a line with multiple points representing different data points along the time range.
As you move your pointer over the chart, a point identifier will show you the specific data corresponding to the position of your pointer.
By utilizing the filters and studying the stepped-line chart, you can gain valuable insights into the distribution of invoices over time in your organization.
This chart allows you to track invoice performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize your business operations.
