Can I View All Payments Made in My Organization?

In the Payment section of the New Business Center, you can efficiently manage and track all payment-related information within your organization.

Here's an overview of the key features and functionalities:

  1. Payment Table

    The payment table provides a comprehensive view of general information about all payments in your organization. This includes details such as payment date, payment type, payment status, paid by, contributor, and procedure.

  2. Filtering Options

    You can easily filter the payment table by various parameters, including Payment Date, Payment Type, Payment Status, Paid By, Contributor, and Procedure. This allows you to customize the view based on specific criteria.

  3. View Details

    Click the "View Details" button to access more detailed information about each payment, giving you a closer look at the payment records.

  4. More Options

    By clicking the more options icon, you can view the payment receipt and edit payment details for all payment types. However, please note that you can only delete Offline payments.

  5. Exporting Payments

    • Report Template

      You can export payment data using report templates from the export section. You have the flexibility to adjust or create custom templates based on your needs in Settings. Once you choose the desired template from the dropdown, click "Generate Report" to export the data accordingly.

    • Collection

      You can also export payment data by grouping the entire data based on Contributor or Procedure. This export option includes calculated values based on the Contributor or Procedure within all cases in your organization. Choose the desired group, and then click "Generate Report" to create the export.

By leveraging these features in the Payment section, you can efficiently manage and analyze payment data, and export reports, and gain valuable insights into your organization's financial transactions.
