Manage the subscription from Payments & Subscriptions in Account Settings.
Free Trial
Full access for 14 days. A credit card is required to start, and no charge is taken during the trial. Cancelling before day 14 means no payment is taken.
A trial must be cancelled before day 14 to avoid the first charge. Where a charge has already been taken, message the team through chat and it can be refunded.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from Payments & Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Pausing
Projects, data and settings are all retained while a subscription is paused. Message the team through chat to arrange it.
Invoices
Go to Payments & Subscriptions, select Manage Subscription, then Billing History, and download the invoices needed. They download to the browser's default downloads folder.
Payment Details
Update card details from Payments & Subscriptions.
To change billing frequency, or to have invoices sent to an accounts team, message the team through chat.
