Account Settings is in the left-hand navigation. Click the account icon to open.
Account Details
Name, role title, occupation and email. These are used for login and notifications, and can appear on exported reports.
The account email address cannot be changed directly. Message the team through chat to update it.
Company Details
Company name, company details and logo.
The logo appears on the Dashboard and on every exported report.
Team Members
Projects are shared individually from the Dashboard. The Dashboard article covers sharing, access levels and transferring ownership.
Security
Reset the password at any time from Security settings.
Never share login details
Account sharing is not permitted under the Terms & Conditions
Use strong, unique passwords
Where suspicious activity is noticed, or an account may have been compromised, message the team through chat immediately.
