Troubleshooting

Fixes for common login, display, and browser issues.

Every computer and browser behaves a little differently. Work through the checklist below — these steps resolve most issues.

  • If you have VPN software installed

  • Whether your company has a firewall. Company firewalls or IT security settings may block Feasly’s API calls. You may need to whitelist our domain to allow API requests. Our Team can work with your IT team.


Inside Feasly

Figures Not Updating or Frozen Screen

Your data is always safe. Sometimes a browser cache or brief internet delay can cause figures to lag or appear frozen. A simple refresh usually fixes the issue.

  • Windows: Ctrl+R

  • Mac: Command+R

  • If not, try a Hard Reload — see instructions below.

Popup Button in Feasly Not Active

Feasly has built-in safety logic so you don't miss inputs. If a button isn't active it's likely a field hasn't been completed. Check all fields and dropdowns.


Trouble Logging In

Didn't Receive the Verification Email?

Check Spam, Junk, or Promotions. Search your inbox for "Feasly" or "verification code". Still can't see the email > reach out to us

Email or Password Not Working?

Email: Check

  • No typos in your email or password.

  • Using the email linked to your Feasly account.

  • Caps Lock is off.

  • Type your email & password manually (avoid autofill)

Password: Click Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.

Steps we may ask you to take:

1. Hard Reload

Forces your browser to pull fresh data and clear stored tokens.

Complete the following instructions for your browser.

Google Chrome (Windows or Mac)

  1. Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect

  2. A tools panel opens (usually at the side or bottom).

  3. Go to your browser toolbar 🔄 Refresh and right-click to see options.

  4. Select Empty Cache & Hard Reload

Or use a shortcut:

  • Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows)

  • Command + Shift + R (Mac) — works, but doesn’t clear cache as fully as the right-click method.

Safari (Mac only)

Safari doesn’t have a one-click hard reload — but you can clear the cache (Note: this will clear all cached sites, not just Feasly):

  • Press Option + Command + E to Empty All Caches

  • Then refresh with Command + R

Mozilla Firefox

Clears the cache for Feasly only.

  • Hold Shift and click the 🔄 Refresh icon, or press:

  • Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows)

  • Command + Shift + R (Mac)

2. Check Browser Settings for Restrictions

Using Feasly for the first time? Your browser settings may be blocking scripts. Complete the following instructions for your browser.

Google Chrome (Windows or Mac)

  • Click the icon beside the URL → Allow “Pop-ups and redirects

  • Click on Site Settings → Privacy & Security → “JavaScript” → Allow (Default)

Safari (Mac only)

  • Click on SafariSettings

  • Click on SecurityEnable JavaScript

  • Click on PrivacyDisable cross-site tracking

  • Click on WebsitePop-up windows → select Allow

Mozilla Firefox

3. Try Incognito or Private Window

  • Chrome: File > New Incognito Window

  • Safari: File > New Private Window

4. Try a Different Browser

Switch to Chrome, Safari, or Firefox and try again.
