You might want to redirect your respondent to e.g your own website after they finish the survey. You can do this by adding a link to the "thank you" screen of your survey. Go to Survey Management and open the survey you wish to edit. 

Click the End of survey section of the survey editor. 

Click the "link" button on the left. 

There you can add a link to your survey and customize the url/display text.

After editing the "thank you" screen, remember to save your survey.
