You might want to redirect your respondent to e.g your own website after they finish the survey. You can do this by adding a link to the "thank you" screen of your survey. Go to Surveys and open the survey you wish to edit.
Click the End of survey section in the survey editor.
Click the "link" icon on the left hand side. Here you can add a link to your desired website and customize the url/display text.
Remember to save your changes!
