A touchpoint ranking list (below the KPI graphs) lets you see your top performing touchpoints.

The touchpoint ranking shows the number of responses, average satisfaction and NPS score in the used touchpoints. The view shows the data from the time range filtered in the "Filters" tab. 

The ranking lists the different touchpoints. You can change the ranking order by clicking the "arrows" next to "Average satisfaction", "Number of responses" and NPS.
