If the survey is stuck or unresponsive, try to reload it by quickly pressing 4 times in the upper left corner of the iPad. In the pop-up window press "reload".
This can help if the screen is:
Blank/ white
Keeps trying to load the survey (displaying three moving dots)
Stuck on a survey and does not go to the next question
