If you want to deactivate your website survey, follow the steps below. If you want to change the frequency that your survey is shown to website visitors then check out this article on setting up the Web Widget triggering parameters.

1. Log in to your Dashboard

2. Click on Touchpoints on the left hand side management panel

3. Click on Web Widgets and from the list select the Web Widget that you want to deactivate

4. Under Active State, select Not active to deactivate your survey and remember to click save in the upper right corner

You are done! The survey will not be shown on the website.

If you want to remove the Web Widget entirely from your website then all you need to do is to remove the script that you have added to the scripts section of your site.
