How do I book an Experience?

1. Click on "Buy Experience" and select your preferred country from the dropdown menu.

2. Upon selecting your desired country, a list of curated experiences available will be generated.

3. Click on the image of the experience you wish to book.

4. You will be redirected to a new page where you can view the details of the experience in the "About" section.

** You can chat with the Experience Maker even before you book an experience if you are signed in to your traveler account.

Some of our longer experiences have more details which you can see by clicking the pink "View Experience Details."

5. Click on the "Book" button to proceed.

** You'll find the pink "Book" button next to "About" or at the bottom of the page. In

This will direct you to the booking tab where a calendar will appear, displaying the available booking dates. Available dates will be shown in black, while unavailable dates show as grayed out. When you click on a date, below the calendar, you will find the available time slots for the experience.

** If you are not registered as a Traveler, clicking "Book" will take you to a page where you can create your Traveler account.

6. If multiple schedules are displayed for the same day, please select your preferred time slot and click on "Book."

7. You will be prompted to provide your information on the following page. This is also where you add additional traveler names. The total price will be displayed on the right side of the page.

** Include the names of everyone in your party, as this is crucial for calculating the correct payment amount. Accurate information is also essential for the Experience Maker's planning and logistics.

** Notes Section: Please include any comments or special requests in the "notes" section of your booking. This can include dietary restrictions or information about small children in the group.

**Contact Information: Remember to add a phone number where you can be reached if necessary on the day of the travel (or the previous day) for any important updates regarding your booking.

8. Before proceeding to the payment page, you will be required to agree to any supplemental charges and terms and conditions.

**Supplemental Fee: A charge applied when a group smaller than the minimum number of participants books an experience. This fee covers the difference between the total cost for the actual number of participants and the minimum group size, ensuring fair compensation for the Experience Maker's base costs and services.

** Cancellation Terms: Ensure you read the cancellation terms associated with this experience payment. Cancellations made after the cut-off date are not refundable.

CONFIRM THAT THE DISPLAYED DATE AND TIME FOR YOUR BOOKING IS CORRECT BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH THE PAYMENT.

9. Next, you will input your payment card details. We accept all major credit cards and also Apple Pay or Google Pay. Fill out the necessary card information and click on "Add card" once completed.

Select your preferred card and click on "Buy" to complete the purchase.

**Saving Payment Methods: If you save a card in your "wallet," it allows for easy reuse when booking other experiences. Simply select it from the dropdown menu during checkout.

10. A confirmation message will appear upon successful purchase. You can click on "Booking Details" to review the details of the Experience you have booked.

You will also received a booking confirmation e-mail for your reference .

The booking confirmation e-mail has a link to initiate your chat with the experience maker.

** You can also find this on your Chat Center (click on the "bell" icon next to your photo on the right (if using a browser) or click "Notifications" on our IOS app.
