How can an Experience Maker view a booking calendar?

FOR EXPERIENCE MAKERS: A Step-by-Step Tutorial

There are two ways to view your booking calendar.

Option 1: QUICK VIEW BY MONTH/DATE FOR ONE EXPERIENCE

This option works best for quick and easy view for One Experience. It allows you to scroll through your calendar just like your favorite calendar app and view all entries for that experience.

Steps

  • My Profile > Experience Page

  • Click on the tab called Bookings Browse by month

    A yellow dot means the Experience is scheduled for that day. A blue circle means there’s a Booking.

  • Click on the date to see the timings and if booked, the Traveler’s details.

Option 2: LIST VIEW BY DATE RANGE FOR MULTIPLE EXPERIENCES

This option works best for adding or deleting new entries to your booking calendar or for viewing multiple experiences in one place.

  • Main Menu > Booking Calendar > My Experiences

  • Select: Any or all experiences

  • Click 'Filters'.

    • Date: Choose a range (e.g., May 1-31), max 180 days

    • Booking Type: Opt for Private/Shared, Available/Sold Out. [Ignore 1+ booking, this is only relevant for multiple simultaneous groups]

    • Pricing: Ignore unless price varies throiugh the year.

    • Hit 'Apply'.

    • View, Print, or Save as PDF.
