FOR EXPERIENCE MAKERS: A Step-by-Step Tutorial

  • First, open your Booking Calendar. Make sure to select (check) all your experiences if you want to view bookings for multiple experiences at once.

  • Use the "Filters" option to choose a time period for which you want to see bookings. You could select a specific week, month, or any other period you need to review. After setting the time period, click "Apply."

  • In your calendar view, each Experience will have icons next to it:

    • A single person icon indicates it's a Private Experience.

    • A two-person icon shows it's a Shared Experience.

  • Next to each icon, there's a number in brackets which shows the maximum number of private bookings/groups possible, or in the case of a shared experience, the maximum people that can join the Experience. When someone books, the number outside these brackets will increase, showing how many bookings or participants you have.

  • To see more details about who has booked, click on the specific Experience entry. You will see the traveler's name appear.

  • There's a 'Chat' button next to the traveler's name which you can use to start a conversation directly with them.

  • If you want to learn more about the traveler, such as their preferences or past experiences, click on their name to view their profile.
