Cancellations by the Experience Maker or because of weather conditions are very rare but can happen. Here’s what to expect if your booked experience cannot proceed:

  • Immediate Communication: If an experience needs to be cancelled for reasons beyond anyone's control, such as bad weather or safety concerns (for example, related to a boat trip), our team will contact you as soon as possible.

  • Your Options: We will offer you a full refund for the cancelled experience. Additionally, we’ll provide suggestions for other similar experiences available at the same location and time, should you wish to book an alternative.

Our priority is to ensure your safety and satisfaction. We understand the inconvenience of cancellations and are committed to assisting you in finding a suitable alternative or processing a refund promptly.
