What happens in the event of a 'No Show' by either the Traveler or the Experience Maker?

A "No Show" happens when:

  • any member of the Traveler Party fails to arrive at the pre-agreed meeting place within fifteen (15) minutes of the start time for shared experiences, or within thirty (30) minutes for private experiences, unless delays were communicated and aligned via Fernwayer’s Chat functionality.

  • or if the Experience Maker/Host fails to arrive at the pre-agreed meeting place within fifteen (15) minutes of the start time of the experience, unless they pre-align a revised meeting time with the Traveler via Fernwayer's Chat functionality.

What happens in case the Traveler is a No-Show:

  • The full price, having already been paid by the Traveler, is non-refundable.

What happens in case the Experience Maker (or Host) is a No-Show:

  • As our Experience Makers are meticulously selected, we expect this situation to occur rarely, if ever.

  • A full refund will be issued to the Traveler in the currency that the booking was made.

  • In the event of an Experience Maker No-Show, the Traveler should contact our customer support via chat as soon as possible.
