If an Experience has a shorter duration, you can offer it several times a day.

For longer experiences, you need enough hosts to schedule them more than once per day. If possible, schedule these experiences either simultaneously with different hosts or at different times throughout the day.

For Private Groups, you can increase the number of groups by adjusting the “Number of Bookings” counter when setting up your Booking Calendar. This counter shows the default number you set during the Experience setup.

For Shared Experiences, you need to create separate schedules for each group, regardless of whether the experiences are simultaneous or at different times. Remember, no more than 8 people per group to ensure quality.
